all of our roasters have a thick base so can be started on the hob to sear the meat and finished in the oven  at the end of roasting you can take the meat out the pan and make the gravy on the hob with the leftover juices

Small Roaster 25x18cm  great for cakes or a 2 person lasagna, cottage pie etc.
Medium Roaster 30x20cm great for roast potatoes and a small joint   2 of these side by side fit into a standard oven shelf
Large Roaster 35x25cm great for larger joints and chickens  great size for a leg of lamb with all the veg around the outside
