The most versatile pan in our range is the sauté pan. With the depth, diameter, and surface area there’s little this pan can’t accomplish in the kitchen.

We then give you a griddle pan, for all of your meats and fish, although this can be done in a sauté, some people prefer to do it the more traditional way with grill lines in the pan.

A perfect sized saucepan with a pouring spout for all your porridges, gravy and sauce.

And finally a cocotte. When used separately you have a stockpot (casseroles, soups, stews, bulk liquid), and a frying pan, but together you can use the frying pan as a lid for the stock pot (metal to metal) creating something we like to call a DUTCH OVEN. This means the heat retention from both pans together creates an oven, meaning you can roast a chicken or bake a cake on the hob, working like a slow cooker retaining all the natural juices and oils! A new way to cook ‘fat free’.

The coating on the cookware is Powder Titanium, ranked the #4th hardest metal in the world. The coating is sprinkled onto the pan whilst warm, then hand pressed into the bases pores, creating a non stick surface resilient to natural wear and tear. The base will not warp, buckle, break or bend due to the thickness. Great for commercial and domestic kitchens.
